Purpose: To connect and coordinate the movements and flow of the internal organ regions.
Schedule: Perform Organ Region Mobility Exercise Stages 5 - 8 together in one session.
Start: Begin by lying flat on your back, using a folded towel to support your neck if needed.
Step 1: Place your left and right hands as follows:
Left Hand: place over your heart.
Right Hand: place over your liver.
Step 2: Empty your mind and imagine that your hands and arms act as a jump wire or empty garden hose, connecting the two organs to each other. Breathe long and gentle breaths for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Move the heart and liver towards each other and away from each other 3 times.
Step 4: Move the heart and liver sideways towards each other and away from each other 3 times.
Step 5: Rotate the heart and liver in the same direction and then the opposite direction 3 times.
Step 6: Repeat Steps 2 - 5 for each of the following diagrams, placing your hands over the organs as indicated.
Step 7: Repeat the entire exercise while sitting in an upright position with both feet placed firmly on the ground.
End: Rest after performing all exercises in the lying and sitting positions.
