Decongest the pancreas region.

Warning! If you are taking insulin and/or other blood sugar medications, you will need to check your blood sugar regularly and modify the dosage of these medications under supervision of your doctors, nurses or pharmacists. Low blood sugar is possible if your pancreatic functions improve and you maintain your current dosages.

Note: The pancreas is a very deep organ, and you may have difficulty feeling it with your fingers. If you have trouble finding the pancreas, just place your hands as best you can and continue with the exercise.

Purpose: To squeeze and then expand the pancreas region like a sponge so that congested fluid is released and circulation improves.

Schedule: Perform Organ Region Decongestion Exercise Stages 5 - 7 together in one session.

Start: Begin by lying flat on your back, using a folded towel to support your neck if needed.

Step 1: Place your left and right hands as follows:

Left Hand: place your fingers about 3 inches to the left of and slightly above your belly button.
Right Hand: place your fingers about 1 inch to the right of your belly button.

Step 2: Press your fingers into your abdomen and gently feel for a tadpole shaped organ that begins around the belly button, and extends to the area inside of your left rib margin.

Step 3: Continue pressing with your fingers and squeeze your hands towards each other to perform the decongestion of the pancreas region. Breathe in and out slowly five times.

Step 4: Squeeze your hands together a little more, and perform the Core Pump five times in your pancreas region.

Step 5: Now move your hands away from each other to perform the expansion of the pancreas region. Breathe in and out slowly 5 times.
